Amazon.com Return Policy

Items shipped from Amazon.com, including Amazon Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Mistaken Returns

Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. We need the correct item returned in order to grant a refund.

To protect our associates and customers, Amazon disposes of incorrect/mistaken returns. If you sent an incorrect item to Amazon, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee your item will be found and returned, and we don’t provide compensation for any incorrect/mistaken return disposed of.

Kimlud Policy

CONTACT US FIRST TO GET THE SUPPLIER WAREHOUSE RETURN ADDRESS, PLUS A FREE RETURN LABEL FOR CERTAIN PRODUCTS BUT NOT FOR ALL PRODUCTS.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

First, you need to provide your order number. Provide the reason for the return.

For each item you have received and want to return, you need to send us a 15-second faceless video and 2 faceless photos of you wearing the item and showing the issue you’re having. 

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your returned item to ship it back to the warehouse. This means that you need to request the “warehouse return address” as soon as you receive your package and realize that you don’t want to keep the product you have received. 

The 60-day return policy applies to the following countries:

Australia
Switzerland
Germany
Denmark
Spain
Finland
France
United Kingdom
Italy
Luxembourg
Netherlands
Norway
Portugal
Sweden

The 30-day return policy applies to the rest of the world.

ITEM RETURN ELIGIBILITY 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.  If we find any defects on the merchandise or signs of wear or smell we reserve the right to not accept your return. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Most of the suppliers we work with accept free returns, but unfortunately not all of them.  In certain rare cases, you would have to pay for the return shipping fees.

Once your return is accepted,  you will receive the return shipping label we will send you by email. Your return will need to be sent to the provided shipping address.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that international shipping of your goods may take longer than expected, so please do not wait to request the warehouse return address.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

CAN’T BE RETURNED PRODUCTS

Note that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. The following items as well cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All hygiene & beauty products.
  • All accessories: sunglasses, jewelry, watches, hats, and handbags.
  • Gift cards, free gifts or promotional items, final sale items.
  • Lifestyle products.
  • Items with built-in undergarments (Shapewear, Waistrainers,…).
  • Swimwear, beachwear, swimsuits.
  • Lingerie.
  • Bodysuits, Body.
  • Worn items.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the item sent back to the warehouse.

Once we issue the refund,  it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.

EXCHANGES

Ensure you get what you want by first returning the item you have received.

You have to make a separate purchase for the new items you want to order.
