This infrared broiler is perfect for rapidly cooking any kind of meat–beef, chicken, pork. Even gamier meats like lamb and goat. More delicate foods like fish and vegetables have difficulty standing up to the high heat of this kind of countertop grill.
The Scorch is powered by electricity, so will work with any outlet that can hold up to a 20 amp 120-volt circuit. For propane or other alternative fuel powered cooking devices, check out the Flame King’s camp stoves, both single and double burner models.
This charbroil cooker has been insulated to prevent damage to wood, Formica, or other synthetic laminates. For removing cooked food and cleaning, protect hands with insulated potholders and refer to the included user manual.
