These are beautiful dark pink himalayan salt slabs for grilling and cooking. Each Cooking stone is slightly unique in its cuts and design. You can continue to use them and the frame will support the salt plank. Large 12” x 8” x 1.5″ size. To Grill or Sear you will want to place your meat, fish, salmon or vegetables directly on the cooking surface, adjust heat, cook as usual. To clean you will just need to rinse and air dry.
