Super Easy One Step Auto Pairing and Smart Touch Control
1. How to pair?
When pairing for the first time, please turn on the Bluetooth of your device, take out true wireless earbuds, search for “EW9” and connect to pair.
2. How to connect to a new device?
Turn off the Bluetooth Setting of the original paired device, then turn on the Bluetooth Setting of another device, search again for the pairing name “EW9” and click to connect.
3. What should I do when both earbuds fail to pair with each other or have connection-related issues?
Make sure the device is place within 33 feet away from the wireless earbuds. Usually, you just need to put both earbuds into the charging case, then take them out, both earbuds will automatically get paired with each other successfully. If it still not work, please delete the previous Bluetooth pairing information on your phone and re-pair it again.
4. Why does just one earbud charge or work?
If the earbud charging fails, please try to use an alcohol cloth to clean the charging contacts both the bottom pins of the earbud and the charging case, charge it for a while, and put it on again to try.
5. Why do the earbuds sometimes pause or turn off and on in the middle of listening?
1) Maybe you don’t use it correctly, it may be too loose to stay in your ears, please wear it tighter, it will solve this problem.2) If the music has not been downloaded, the music itself may be affected by the network. The poor network environment may cause the music buffer to be slow and stopped.
